Return & Exchange Policy

At SaiYaarah, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every product undergoes careful quality inspection by our expert team before dispatch. While the chances of receiving a damaged product are extremely low, we have established the following policy to ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience.

Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges only in the rare event that a product is received in a damaged condition.

To raise an exchange request, the following conditions must be met:

* A clear, continuous, and unedited package opening video is mandatory.
* The opening video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the damaged product inside.
* Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
* The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Eligible Cases

Exchange or return requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

* No package opening video is provided.
* The opening video is edited, incomplete, or unclear.
* The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
* The request is made after 24 hours from the time of delivery.

Exchange Process

* Once your request and opening video are reviewed and approved, our team will contact you via Email or WhatsApp with further instructions.
* If the same product is available, it will be exchanged for the identical item.
* If the same product is unavailable, you may select another product of equal or higher value.
* If the selected product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid before dispatch.

Refund Policy

SaiYaarah does not offer refunds for damaged products.

In approved cases, only product exchange will be provided.

Important Note

We strongly recommend recording a clear, uninterrupted video while opening your package. This video serves as the primary proof in case of any damage claim and helps us process your request quickly and efficiently.
