All saree purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable.
In Case of Damage
* If you receive a damaged saree, you may claim an exchange, subject to availability.
* If the same saree is unavailable, you may select another saree of the same value or higher value by paying the applicable price difference.
* All damage claims must be supported by a continuous parcel-opening/unboxing video.
* The unboxing video must be recorded within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
* Claims without a valid opening video, or claims submitted after 24 hours, may not be accepted.
